OKTO PSA is PSA software in French, hosted in Quebec on a database dedicated to each client, with GST, QST and HST calculated, CRM and HR included, at CAD $300 a month for up to 10 users, before tax.

French and Quebec hosting

The interface is in French by default, and each client’s database is dedicated and hosted in Quebec. Useful for Law 25, which the Law 25 guide for an MSP explains.

Taxes worked out for Canada

GST and QST in Quebec, HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, GST only in the West. A sent invoice can no longer be edited: corrections go through a credit note.

A band price, in CAD

Up to 10 users, $300 a month, with the CRM and HR. The price follows the band, not a seat count. Details are on the pricing page.

Contracts, hour banks and portal

Prepaid hour banks drawn down from time logged on tickets, online payment through Stripe from the portal, quotes approved by the client.

Microsoft 365 joiners and leavers

A new hire or a departure starts from a ticket, or the client requests it in the portal. On departure the account is blocked, never deleted, then re-checked. The Microsoft 365 engine is offered to IT providers on request.

An AI assistant that stays in check

OKTHAV answers from the company’s own data only, and its options are off by default. For tickets, it suggests a reply or a closure: nothing goes out without human approval.
