Migration

The migration, we are the ones who do it

Changing PSA is frightening because most vendors hand you a CSV template and wish you luck. We pull your data out, load it into your instance and have you validate it before anything gets unplugged. Fixed fee, quoted in advance.

How it goes

Three steps, and your old system stays up until the very end

  1. 01

We look at what you have

A call, an export, and we tell you straight what carries over well, what carries over badly and what is not worth carrying over at all.

  2. 02

    We build your instance alongside

Your current PSA keeps running the whole time. You validate the data in your new instance before we even talk about switching.

  3. 03

We switch on the date you pick

One final pull of the last day's data, and you open your week in OKTO PSA. We stay on the line for the first few weeks.

What carries over

Your history comes with you

You built this data over years. It does not stay behind in the old system.

  • Clients, sites and contacts
  • Tickets and their history
  • Billing history
  • Contracts and remaining blocks of hours
  • Assets attached to sites
  • Your SLA calendars

Setup from Excel

To be discussed

You send us your spreadsheets. We load your clients, your sites, your contacts and your contracts into your instance, we configure your SLAs and your taxes, and we train your team.

Migration from an existing PSA

To be discussed

We pull your tickets, your clients, your billing history and your contracts out of your current PSA. We do the work, not you.
