What changes when your PSA comes from here

The MSP service management platforms sold in Canada are built and hosted in the United States, in English, and go for 130 $ to 215 $ CAD per technician, per month, with a minimum of 5 seats. No Quebec PSA exists today.

This table sticks to what we can back up. Where we have not verified something, we write "to be verified" rather than invent a number in our own favour.

The price gap, in dollars

What it comes to in money

The US platforms bill 130 $ to 215 $ CAD per technician, per month. Ours is a price per tier, whatever the number of seats. The arithmetic does itself.

UsersOKTO PSAThe US PSAsGap per year
10300 $ / month1,300 $ to 2,150 $ / month12,000 $ to 22,200 $
20550 $ / month2,600 $ to 4,300 $ / month24,600 $ to 45,000 $
30700 $ / month3,900 $ to 6,450 $ / month38,400 $ to 69,000 $

Method: the published market range multiplied by the number of users, against our tier price. Prices in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Setup fees are left out on both sides.

And that is only one of the three tools you are paying for

A properly equipped MSP normally pays for three subscriptions: a PSA for tickets, a CRM for sales, an HR package for hours and time off. OKTO PSA does all three, for the price of one.

  • A PSA

    130 $ à 215 $

    per technician, per month

  • A CRM

    One more subscription

    billed per user

  • An HR package

    One more subscription

    billed per employee

Time, not just money

Three platforms means three client lists to keep identical, three exports to reconcile at month end, three passwords per employee and three vendors to call when something breaks. Here, the ticket, the opportunity and the timesheet are talking about the same client, in the same database. There is nothing to synchronise, because nothing is separate.

The three gaps that matter

Why it changes something day to day

French is not a translation here

Your technicians do not trip over English business vocabulary, your clients receive quotes and invoices written in French, and your Law 96 obligations are met by the product itself.

The taxes and the currency are yours

GST and QST are calculated line by line. Your subscription invoice is in Canadian dollars: no exchange fees, no surprise when the dollar moves.

The person who answers you is here

Support is in French, in your time zone. The migration is not a CSV template emailed to you: it is a fixed fee, carried out by us.

No seat minimum here, against 5 elsewhere.

A note on the brands mentioned

The platforms our clients compare us to most often are Autotask, ConnectWise, Syncro and the service management suites from US vendors, along with general-purpose tools such as Zoho or Jobber. The brands named belong to their respective owners. The comparisons above stick to public, verifiable facts.

Compare on your own numbers, not on a table.

Give us your real figures: how many technicians, what you pay, what you actually use. If your current PSA does better, keep it, and we will be the ones to tell you so.
