Photos and PDFs
It reads your documents
A photo taken on the road or on site, a PDF that came in by email: drop it into OKTHAV, and it reads it and prepares the data entry for you. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
A drawing, even 40 pages long
It reads the title block: number, title, revision, date, discipline and professional. It finds the right project or job site and files the drawing as a new revision, keeping the old one. Then it prepares the takeoff and a draft quote using the prices from your pricing engine.
A business card
It creates the client and the contact, or updates the ones you already have. If the client is already on file, it shows you only what differs.
A quote or purchase order from a client
It reads it and attaches it to the right file, so it does not sit forgotten in an inbox.
A photo of your equipment

No need to open the software. OKTHAV answers in Telegram and by text, with the same numbers and the same safeguards. Everything is optional and off to start: you turn on what you want.
Message it on Telegram
Ask your question in a private chat with the robot. It answers with your real numbers, and you can send it a photo or a PDF straight from your phone. It even sends its own files back, as PDF, Excel or CSV.
Your alerts, your choice
Pick the notices you want: a critical ticket, an accepted quote, a payment received, an overdue invoice. Each alert comes with buttons to act in one tap, and quiet hours when nothing bothers you.
